    Upon arrival in Toronto, your driver will meet you for a 30-minute transfer to downtown Toronto.

    For the next three nights, you will stay at the Windsor Arms Hotel which is located just around the corner from trendy Yorkville Avenue. The building was historically designated in 1991 by Heritage Toronto. Your Junior Suite is 500 - 550 sq. ft. and features a queen or a king size bed with a sitting area that includes a work desk and a pull out couch that converts to a real double bed.

    If you arrive early in the day, make sure to take a stroll along Front Street to go and take a peak at the CN Tower and the Skydome. For diner, the choice is yours, as Toronto offers a lot of options in all kinds of cuisine – Canadian, continental or exotic!

    Explore Cosmopolitan Toronto from with your driver and knowledgeable guide from the comfort of a private vehicle. This tour includes photo stops and walking bits - will be completely customized according to your wishes – be sure to discuss them thoroughly with your travel planner or your driver and guide at the beginning of your tour.

    You will see Toronto’s main attractions, such as the CN Tower, the Skydome, the Casa Loma, the Royal Ontario Museum, the Old City Hall, Eaton Centre and Yonge Street, Yorkville Avenue and more. You will spend some time in Toronto’s colourful neighbourhoods: Chinatown, Little Italy, Portugal Village and even… Cabbage Town! Your guide will explain why this diversity has contributed so much to the success of Toronto as a multicultural city and how it manages to remain a safe and fun town. Your tour will end in the Entertainment District - a loosely defined downtown area containing the majority of larger venues (such as the Pantages, Royal Alexandra, Princess of Wales and Elgin & Winter Garden Theatres), many of which are devoted to lavish musical or touring productions.

    This morning you will meet your driver and guide who will take you on a full day tour to see the the 8th Wonder of the World, Niagara Falls, and visit the picturesque Niagara-on-the-Lake region for dinner at a local winery. Sit back and relax as you travel with your guide in your private van through the orchard-laden Niagara Peninsula to Niagara Falls, about 1.5 hours away from Toronto.

    Upon arriving at Niagara Falls, you will have some time to explore with your guide. Visit the Canadian Horseshoe Falls (670 m (2010 ft) wide, 54 m (162 ft) high), and see on the far side, across the border, the smaller American Falls (305 m (905 ft) wide, 56 m (168 ft) high).

    While in Niagara Falls, you may wish to participate in some of the activities available: take the famous Maid of the Mist to the bottom of the falls, or the Journey Behind the Falls where a series of tunnels will lead you behind the Horseshoe Falls. IMAX is also a good introduction to the history and mystery of the falls. Relax at one of the cafés and just admire the view. You may also wish to take a helicopter tour of the famous falls. Stop at the observation deck of the mighty whirlpool rapids and visit the Floral Clock.

    Later this afternoon, you will travel to Niagara on the Lake. Niagara on the Lake (on Lake Ontario) is everyone’s dream of what an early 19th century town should be, with its remarkably well-preserved residences, its Niagara Apothecary Museum (1866) and its quaint streets. The Niagara Peninsula is known as Canada’s fruit belt and as a major wine-producing region, gaining international recognition.

    Finish your tour of the Niagara Peninsula with a visit and three-course dinner (alcohol not included) at Vineland Estates Winery. Situated on the slopes of the Niagara Escarpment with Lake Ontario in the distance, Vineland Estates Winery has been consistently referred to as "Ontario's Most Picturesque Winery". Established on a homestead dating back to 1845, this 75-acre Estate has evolved into a world class winery and restaurant. The restaurant, Mark Picone at Vineland Estates Winery, features local Niagara cuisine throughout the year and has been celebrated by Gourmet Magazine, Zagat and Toronto Life and recognized as one of the Top 100 Restaurants in Canada. Under the direction of Executive Chef Mark Picone, a talented team creates a Niagara cuisine with ‘Tuscan flair' utilizing local products, paired exquisitely with Vineland Estates Winery's Award Winning vintage wines.

    Following dinner, rejoin your driver and guide for the return journey, approximately 1.5 to 2-hours to Toronto.

    This morning you leave cosmopolitan Toronto to head to Montréal by train. You will travel aboard one of VIA Rail’s comfortable corridor trains in VIA 1 (First) Class. VIA 1 is designed with the demanding traveller in mind, with upgraded cars and seats and meals and drinks included. This class will also give you priority boarding and choice of seats on board (at the time of booking) with access in Toronto to the Panorama Lounge, a private waiting area where you can get complimentary soft drinks and the day’s newspapers. Upon arrival in Montréal, your driver will meet you for a quick transfer to your hotel.

    For the next two nights, you will stay at Le Saint-Sulpice Hotel, an oasis of luxury and respite from the everyday. The all new Le Saint-Sulpice is located behind the famed Notre-Dame Basilica and one block from the Old Port; the Hotel is located in the most historic area of Montreal. Your Deluxe Suite features French style windows open on the courtyard or the historic streets of Old-Montreal. All suites feature an additional sofa-bed, bar type kitchen with coffee maker, hot-plate, microwave, sink and mini-bar. The luxurious bathrooms include plush bathrobes and to inspire a feeling of wellness amenities from Fruits et Passion are included. Deluxe Suites which vary in size from 550 to 825 square feet may include a fireplace and/or a balcony.

    Tonight, wander the cobblestone streets of Old Montreal to visit the many interesting stores, galleries and restaurants within steps of your hotel.

    This morning your driver and your guide will meet you at your cruise ship to take you on your culinary journey. Your day will be punctuated with walks, tastings and transfers in a private sedan (6-hours).

    Your tour will include some of the following stops; Van Houtte Coffee Shop. Québec’s answer to Starbucks, the Europe-like Van Houtte coffees have been an institution in Québec for the past 22 years. Your guide will tell you about how the saga began and about the legacy of the Van Houtte name on the Quebec economy and diet. Indeed, Van Houtte is more than a name; it’s an institution that left a lasting mark on Quebecers’ first encounters with this hot beverage called coffee… Your next stop will be the St Viateur Bagel Factory, where you will learn all about this savoury pastry that originated in Montreal. As you travel north along St Laurent Boulevard, you will travel through ethnic districts such as the Greek and Portugal Village to learn about the diversity of Multicultural Montréal and these communities have added diversity to the culinary landscape of the metropolis.

    The Jean Talon Market – one of the temples of foods in Montréal, where you will have the opportunity to meet with some of the local stand owners and taste some of their products. Coming back downtown, you will continue to explore Montréal’s cultural gastronomy as you go through Outremont and the Jewish district (for a tasting of the famous Montréal Smoked Meat Sandwiches) the Portuguese Village, Duluth and Prince Arthur Streets (Greek restaurants with Bring Your Own Wine policies), and finally Chinatown.

    From Chinatown, you will pursue your culinary travels by a visit to Old Montréal. As you walk through the cobblestone streets and famous landmark monuments your guide will explain what a Sugar Shack is and why Quebeckers make it a traditional pilgrimage to visit one at least once a year in Spring time!

    From Old Montréal, you will travel to the Francophone district. Here you will find restaurants offering poutine (a decadent concoction of crispy French fries smothered in gravy and topped with cheese curds - hands down Quebeckers’s favourite junk food). After a full day of sightseeing your driver will return you to your cruise ship.
  • Day 6 - Montréal at Leisure

    Spend the morning exploring the quaint streets of Old Montréal. See Pointe-A-Callière Museum where you will stop for a multimedia show and the visit of an archeological crypt, the exact site where French settlers first set foot on the island. You will also walk on the cobblestone St Paul Street, Montréal’s first paved street, to the picturesque Place Jacques Cartier and take a look at the Chateau Ramezay, a governor’s residence built in the 18th century. Continue to Notre Dame Basilica, a splendid example of English Gothic Revival architecture, with a richly decorated interior, built on the site of the first church in Montréal. Old Montréal is also home to a number of 19th and 20th century banks and insurance companies which elegant buildings have been converted into boutiques, hotels and art galleries. Have a leisurely lunch or snack at one of quaint restaurants of Place Jacques Cartier and by the Old Port.

    Spend the afternoon exploring the modern side of Montréal, with a driving tour of the Mount Royal, Olympic Stadium, the various sites of Expo 67, the Islands, home to the Casino and the F1 circuit and all of Montréal’s ethnic neighbourhoods. Also make a stop to see Montréal Underground, downtown’s network of boutiques, restaurants and cinemas.

    Today you will meet you driver and transfer 2-hours to the village of Mont-Tremblant located in the Maurice region in the Laurentian mountains.

    For the next two nights you will stay at the Hotel Qintessence, which is located at the base of Mont-Tremblant directly on the shore of Lac Tremblant. Hotel Quintessence is a luxury boutique hotel featuring thirty elegant, estate-sized suites. Your Q Suite includes all of the common amenities plus the following amenities: Each suite measures approximately 700 square feet with a living room area. They all have 1 wood fireplace, a balcony overlooking the lake and 1 bathroom. Bathroom features include a heated marble floor, a jetted bathtub (double) with separate oversize shower.

    Take a walk around in the village tonight and explore its boutiques, galleries and restaurants. Time-permitting, you might want to try your hand at the mini-golf, right in the heart of the village, or simply relax at the Health Club featuring an indoor pool, outdoor all-season pool, indoor and outdoor whirlpools, outdoor 400 square feet therapeutic hot tub, dry sauna, steam room and fully-equipped exercise room.

    Today, explore the village of Tremblant, Mont-Tremblant and Tremblant Lake!

    Take the panoramic gondola to the top of Mont-Tremblant, which will give you great views on the village, the lake and the whole region. Tremblant’s summit overlooks the spectacular beauty of the Laurentian region. Take the panoramic gondola and enjoy its many activities: hiking trails, labyrinth, adventure course, observation tower, educational trail, birds of prey show, day lodge and restaurant and more. You can choose to spend some time at the Beach & Tennis Club – on Lake Tremblant. Swim, relax on the beach, have a snack or watch a game of beach volleyball. You can also rent canoes, kayaks, paddle boats, sailboats, rowboat, windsurfs there. The ideal bike or roller-blade workout will use the multifunctional trail (11.4 km = 7 miles) to the 200 km (124 miles) bike path Le P’tit train du Nord. Also discover the 13 cross country trails leading to the village. Finally, La Source AquaClub is located right in the village and includes a fitness centre, pools, Tarzan rope, indoor and outdoor whirlpools, water volleyball, face painting for kids, water aerobics, power yoga and boxing lessons.

    You might also want to take a few hours and go for a game of golf at one of the six challenging courses: Le Géant, Le Diable, Golf Royal Laurentien, Gray Rocks La Bête, Club Link Le Maitre or Golf Manitou.

    Today you will meet your driver and enjoy a scenic transfer of 4-hours to Québec City

    For the next three nights you will stay at the Auberge Saint-Antoine which is located in the heart of Quebec City’s Old Port, facing the majestic St. Lawrence River, the Auberge Saint-Antoine is steps away from the Museum of Civilization, Place Royal, and the bustling streets of Le Petit Champlain. You will stay in one of the auberge’s spacious Modern Suites with a queen or king size bed, living room (some with sofabed), some river views and/or kitchenette. These suites range in size from 620 - 715 sq ft.

    Tonight, walk to the nearby Place Royale and Quartier du Petit Champlain to explore the quaint cobblestone streets, boutiques and restaurants. Québec City is home to more restaurants per capita than anywhere in North America – we will be happy to make recommendations!

    Québec City is distinctively European; a place of mellowed stone buildings, horse-drawn carriages and narrow winding streets. The best way to discover the Old City’s labyrinth of narrow, winding streets is on foot with an expert guide. Through a lively and informative private walking tour you will discover Place d'Armes, Latin Quarter, the Basilica, City Hall, Parliament, Plains of Abraham, the Citadel, Quartier Petit Champlain and Place Royale. Hear about the lives of those who created and defended Québec City over four tumultuous centuries.

    Any additional admissions (other than the Funicular) and meals are not included in your tour, but can be added on request. Transfers by sedan from your hotel to the designated point of departure for the tour, if not the hotel, and return, can be arranged. Additional hours can also be added. Please inquire.

    Today you will depart on a full day of sightseeing along the Beaupré Coast. Your tour – including photo stops and walking bits - will be completely customized according to your wishes – be sure to discuss your preferences with your private guide at the beginning of your tour.

    Discover Quebec’s rural heritage as you pass through the villages of the Beuapré Coast. You will make a stop at the Montmorency Falls - 272 ft high waterfalls (1.5 times higher than Niagara Falls). Take some time to admire the grandeur of these stunning falls, then board the cable car for a beautiful panoramic view of the entire area. Your driver will meet you at the top of the falls.

    From there, depart towards the world-renowned Ste-Anne-de-Beaupré basilica by way of several quaint villages. Follow the rural and winding Chemin du Roy (King’s Road), the very first road built that led from the city to the coast. Along the way, your guide will tell you more about the rural life in the early years of colony.

    Then stop for a visit at L’Atelier Paré. This woodcarving workshop brings the Quebec folk legends to life with storytellers. You can also watch as woodcarvers turn pieces of wood into works of art before your eyes.

    Finally, visit the crowning glory of rural Quebec, the shrine of Sainte-Anne de Beaupré basilica, the patron saint of all of new France. Your guide will take you around this beautiful place of pilgrimage and show you the hidden highlights. You will also enjoy some time on your own.

    Depart the basilica and travel for the Island of Orleans – where you will spend the remainder of the day. Enjoy a brief tour of the Island as en route to the next stop – your guide will tell you more about the island’s agricultural vocation early on and to present day.

    You'll arrive at the Domaine Steinbach, just outside the old parish of St. Pierre on the Island of Orleans. You will sample some homemade product such as paté, ice cider and homemade bread. From here, travel to l’Auberge La Goéliche, in Sainte-Pétronille. This inn is located on the south side of the island, offering fabulous views of the city of Quebec and its beautiful skyline. At La Goéliche you will enjoy a delicious lunch.

    After a leisurely lunch, depart the inn and travel to La Chocolaterie de I’Ile D’Orleans. Visit the interpretation center of this chocolate maker and see these artists make chocolates by hand. You will then depart l’Ile D’Orleans and make your way back to Quebec City through the village of Ste Pétronille. You will be returned to your Quebec City hotel.
